The price covers complete structural construction, basic elevation, standard plumbing and electrical work, and site supervision as per the selected package.
Q. How is the built-up area calculated?
The super built-up area is calculated jointly based on the approved architectural drawings and is used as the baseline for pricing.
Q. Can I customize my plan or upgrade materials?
Yes. Plans are flexible, and upgrades or customizations can be done at an additional cost based on your requirements.
